That's cause feral druid was not even an option til right before the burning crusade.

I think once they fix the maul animation bug this spec is worth a try. Until then I think most will stick to 31/0/10 especially in 1.1 and 23/0/18.

I like the pvp gear but the pve gear looks terrible...
