I have been watching this thread since April 2012 (when I unsubscribed) waiting to be able to transfer my characters to a server with population. 14 months later it finally happens, I have just resubscribed! Now comes the choice of which server to move to... any recommendations for UTC+8 timezone Australians?

In flash point Cad... last boss... game freezes so i restart my computer and get stuck in 30 minute queue. BW how is this fair to the group i was with? Without a grace period they are stuck wondering what happened to me and if i am coming back. After waiting for 5 minutes I hope that they boot and find someone else but seriously this is ruining the game for so many people. Please fix.

Take a second to think about what would happen if BW fix this... it might explain why they are being very quiet! Lets look at the reason people move up the queue: 1. Because people log out 2. Because people disconnect Without knowing the % each contributes to making spaces available on the server it is hard to say which one contributes more. What is indisputable is that if the problem is fixed then the queue times will increase significantly (ie queue will stay the same length, time to move up the queue will increase). If currently the estimate is 3 hours then once fixed it may be 6 hours. What does BW gain by not fixing this? It is simple PR to avoid doubling queue times and would explain why this thread was moved from customer service (ie a recognised problem) to general discussion (ie idle chit chat).

Today.... 2 hours to get in 20 minutes game play game crashes been waiting for 2.5 hours already and still 642 in the queue so probably 1.5 hours more until i get my next 20 mins of gaming...

Move this thread back to Customer Service and deal with the problem. I don't see why it would be moved to general chat...
