Thought I'd share this vid of what, I think, is still the best boss in the game. Brontes was what started it all for me back when I started playing around the time nim df dropped, and it was a great way to finish it all off. Thanks to Glorfindel for organizing this! Thanks to all the people I've had the opportunity to raid with over the years, etc.

Nerfing innovative ordinance's damage would be a massive mistake. Innovative ordinance already has such a small sustained single target advantage over arsenal that it often makes sense to run arsenal on fights where innovative ordinance should be superior simply because arsenals rotation is easier and has easier heat management. If anything, innovative ordinance should do slightly more single target sustained damage. Please reconsider your thought process vis-a-vis nerfing innovative ordinance.

Unassembled components are by far the best option, but the drop rate should be significant because you can't farm nim bosses, your toon gets locked, unlike in pvp. Numbers should be something like 25 components for most nim bosses, 50 for apex bosses. That way, you could get a piece of unassembled gear from doing 2 complete nim operations.

If you want to do endgame pvp or pve you have to be on Harbringer. You will not find raid groups or regular ranked que pops on other servers, certainly not in the quantity or quality you get on Harby. If you just want to do single player stuff, i.e. leveling/story, or maybe the occasional warzone or flashpoint, then sure, you could be anywhere.

You can transfer a single toon for only 90 cartel coins. As far as I'm aware, your legacy transfers with you. But, if you want to double check, spend 90 cc to transfer a toon that's not super important to you. Then double check that on the new server you have all the legacy stuff you want. One thing that does not transfer is your stronghold and your legacy bays, as well as mail in your mailbox.

Hi, I'm Soren! I just returned to the game after a hiatus starting when 4.0 dropped. I've come back and am looking to raid either on my sniper/slinger or in a tank role (any tank class is fine but shadow is my favorite). I can also play other dps roles, but have a strong preference for the sniper, except on Revan where I'd rather bring my PT, . My past experience includes clearing all content and titles* pre-3.0 except Dread Master (went 5/5 nim dp while kiting Raptus but couldn't quite get the timed run until after 3.0 dropped). This includes all 16m nim content except council (only killed that in 8m pre 3.0) and clearing all content in 3.0, including kiting Raptus for a 16m dread master run with Push, Revanchist as tank and dps, etc. I saw there were alot of different recruiting threads running around and I thought I'd post my own thread and see who was particularly interested before I went and submitted a dozen applications. No not the dangerous fire device. The floor vents. 14k saber reflect damage per tick to the boss.

Our tanks do ocassionally die randomly during this fight, not sure why, but maybe this is it. Never causes a wipe though. Realistically you can kill this boss easily with a couple people dying in the later stages if your dps is good. Just burn, burn,burn.
