  1. I'm thinking something along the lines of the AT-RT from Revenge of the Sith for a mechanical mount. For animal mounts I would say Nexu or some sort of overly large Wolf type mount.
  2. Bolster….What was once thought to be the friend of the new PvP player seems to have caused more issues than it has resolved. Intended to bring about a more level playing field it has skewed the field more than it has helped to level it. First let me say that I think the idea of Bolster has great potential and as seen in levels 10-54 provides a great way to introduce and level the playing field for PvP. Also with its introduction to us through Tactical Flashpoints is a great way shepherd new players and friends through these instance while giving all players a chance to see new game content. Now the problem, Level 55 PvP. “Never will you find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy” With bolster PvP has become a killing ground for those who now how to work the system and “mod” out in a “non-traditional” fashion to be able to skew the system in their favor. Now I know what you are saying in your heads is that “this will all be fixed with 2.7 so why worry about it?” Well fact of the matter is yes it will be fixed….for a time until someone else learns how to “play the system” for their own benefit. I have no doubt that the combat team is doing their best to fix the issues and stabilize things but I think I may have a better way. Here’s my thought, get rid of Bolster for the level 55 PvP bracket. Just be done with it. Everything stabilizes. “But wait I’m a newbie I will get destroyed!?!?!?!?” Think I might have a fix for this as well, how about we bring back the “Recruit PvP” gear for level 55? We base the new tier of PvP gear off this Recruit gear to make it a more of a level experience. I know it is a little bit crazy to hand fresh gear to 55 as this messes with PvE balance so why not make it only wearable in Warzones? (I know this screams for a gear swap/armory change button, maybe we can put that in as well to be able to quick swap gear). Or give expertise a debuff outside of PvP that hurts for using it in PvE content. This way Raiders can’t use their gear in PvP without getting smoked but at the same time PvP can’t walk into raids and be geared better than top tier raiders. I’m sure this won’t fix all the problems but I think this is a way to start. For the TLDR crowd. -Keep Bolster levels 10-54 for PvP and Tactical Flashpoints -Ditch Bolster at Level 55 -Bring back Recruit PvP Gear -Base level of said Recruit Gear and work your way up (if you have better ideas I encourage you to share them)
  3. Still seeing this issue across all of my characters that have done the flashpoint. Bug ticket submitted in game was closed. I know it is only a few comms but I don't see a reason now to run it at 55 other than rep.
  4. Currently seeing this on all my toons on Jedi Covenant once I do a daily group finder queue, when I log in the next day (yes after srever reset) "Daily reward is currently not available" Also two of my toons are unable to turn in the quest for Kuat Drive yards to talk to the NPC inside the instance. Go through the conversation (tried both spacebar and watching the whole cutscene) and was unable to complete the quest. Thanks
  5. So in watching things from the guild summit this week and a few photos that were teased of Darth Malgus and Shae Vizla as Hasbro action figures I was reminded of a tie-in that was mentioned last year by Daniel Erickson at one of the conventions. Where is our Blizz plush toy?? Picture this a plush Jawa (think the size of the plush Yoda out right now) with light up eyes that has a button to push to make Jawa noises (UUTINI!!!). Accompanied by a plush backpack filled with rocket launchers and thermal detonators. Not only would it be great for bringing young Star Wars fans into the SWTOR universe. But it could also be used to mess with your dog (if he doesn't rip it to shreds). Or can be given to your significant other so they can cuddle with it while you are running that late night Eternity Vault Nightmare Mode operation. In all honesty I just want to be able to get one to give to my nephew from his game playing uncle but that's beside the point. All in all this could make for a fantastic cross product promotion of the game as well as the toy line. Talion Guild Leader of Talion Justice, Kaas City @talionbot
