  1. I have one of those crafted PVP sets with no stats or bonuses on them and the valor rank requirement is 60. My question is since you are removing PVP sets will these sets be removed as well, and if they won't will the valor requirement be removed/lowered? The reason I'm asking is because I want to know if I should continue to grind valor points or just give up.
  2. Yeah I left out Assassins and Shadows because I figured they would be implied when I said Holotraverse/Trick Move, but I absolutely agree with you. They have pretty much the same play styles and their new abilities are almost identical to operatives and scoundrels.
  3. Please make Holotraverse/Trick Move transport the player behind the enemy target (facing their back). I can't tell you how many times I've used it as a gap closer (trying to teleport to an enemy and use backstab on them as an opener) only to be detected and taken out of stealth immediately after showing up next to the enemy. This would be helpful even out of stealth mode as being behind the target is very important to operative/scoundrel combat. Thanks
  4. I agree with this 100% but as an added suggestion please make her romance-able. She would be perfect for my dark side smuggler.
  5. Ok, I just want to clear this up now. Turns out I misunderstood the letter. I cheated on Akaavi with my smmuggler and received a very friendly letter in the mail so I'm assuming that the letter I received from Kaliyo had nothing to do with Lana (though it was very confusing the way it was written and sounded like that's what she was talking about). As someone said above I think there was another meaning to the letter I received and I missed it. This was entirely my mistake so don't listen to me lol.
  6. That would really suck if they got rid of them all together. I really hope that's not the case. edit: This is why I think there needs to be more clarification on Bioware's part. As I have said before I don't expect any, but I think many people would appreciate even a vague response (obviously we wouldn't want spoilers).
  7. I suppose you could be right. I just hate to think that Bioware would destroy everybody's story progress with romanced companions without even warning them. After all, I think a lot of people agree that the romances in this game (or any Bioware game for that matter) are an important part of the companion stories.
  8. Well aren't you a pleasant person. I'm not here to fight. I'm here to simply state my displeasure and if you can't deal with my differing opinion in a polite civilized way then kindly leave. P.S. Stop acting like I've commited some horrible crime. She's just pixels dude, just pixels. Calm down please.
  9. She was in the room. Funny part is my agent sleeps with random women across the galaxy, no ****s given by Kaliyo (who was in the room). I flirt one time with Lana, relationship over!
  10. I really can't believe the amount of idiotic comments I'm seeing here. Please for the love of god reread what I wrote and play the agent story to understand how this makes no sense for this particular character. P.S. These actions have never had these consequences before so why would I assume that it suddenly would? My other charcters don't flirt with other people. Only my agent and smuggler because from my experience It had no consequences and it made sense for that class. An agent that doesn't flirt occasionally really doesn't make much sense, or have you forgotten that seduction is a part of their job?
  11. Maybe try reading what I wrote next time. In the class stories she never cared if you flirted of even slept with someone else. If I had known that her character was suddenly going to drastically change I wouln't have flirted but Bioware never told us anything of the sort until we had already done SoR. You can't seriously think I'm to blame here. The only thing I'm guilty of is not being psychic. It's pretty clear to me that you aren't interested in what I have to say though. All you are interested in is picking a fight with me it would seem.
  12. I see everybody making jokes and saying things like "well kaliyo is crazy so this is expected" but that's not the problem. The problem is that first of all this happens with pretty much any romance-able companion I'm assuming and secondly Bioware didn't even tell people this would happen until it was too late. That alone really pisses me off.
  13. First off I just want to say it is not my intent to tell you how to run your game. That being said though, there is a lot in this expansion that angers me (and probably many others judging from the forums). One of the main things I'm upset about though is relating to romance-able companions. So I just finished chapter 4 I believe it was of the main KotFE story and I received a letter in the mail from Kaliyo (who I had my agent romance). The letter was essentially a break-up letter yelling at my agent for cheating on her. Now, there are several major problems with this. Firstly, I never cheated on her with Lana. All I did was flirt a little bit with her. Secondly, I distinctly remember a conversation with Kaliyo back in the original companion conversations where she said she was okay with my agent flirting and even sleeping around with other people. After all, my agent slept around a lot in the class story and Kaliyo didn't mind. In fact she even made jokes about it. Thirdly, she actually cheated on my character in the original story but the relationship continued. So it seems pretty strange that my agent would get dumped for "cheating" on her. Besides, he is and agent after all and seduction is a big part of that. Hopefully there is a way to resolve this and keep the relationship going but as it is it doesn't seem like it. The romances in my opinion are an important part of the story and had I known that flirting with Lana would cause this to happen, I never would have done it. However, you never warned us about this until after many people had already played SoR. Honestly I can't help but feel a bit cheated and lied to. As it is I'm considering deleting my character and starting completely over from scratch which I really don't want to have to do, but if it means that I can fix my character's story then I will. I don't expect an answer, but if there will ever be a way to fix this without having to start completely over I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me and everybody else who is concerned about this know. Please, I really don't want to start my character over from scratch.
  14. There's supposed to be a way to not romance her and set her up with Torian but for some reason when I did it I never seemed to get that option. I've seen other people do it though so it definitely is usually an option. I don't know what happened with my play-through of her missions but I guess it glitched for me or I did something wrong without realizing it.
  15. I also keep hearing about how you can encourage Torian to ask her out. I actually remember this part and I seem to remember doing exactly that. There would be no reason for me not to choose that option anyway. However, apparently Mako decided she would rather be a psychotic, delusional stalker and believe she was in a relationship with my BH even though she wasn't rather than have an actual boyfriend. Again Bioware, what the hell?
  16. See, the issue though is that I was literally forced to lead her on. I was never presented with an option to turn her down.
  17. I looked for a dialog option like that but I never saw one. All I was allowed to do was change the subject or continue the romance. Both of which apparently continued the romance.
  18. Just personal preference. It isn't that it doesn't make sense it's that my BH and Mako's personalities seriously clash and my bounty hunter would probably have a strong objection to romancing/marrying her (I try to stay true to my characters' personalities). edit: on a side note my BH is very very dark side where as Mako is light side and objects to just about everything my BH says and does.
  19. So I have played SWTOR since launch and my bounty hunter is now level 53 but up until yesterday I hadn't finished Mako's personal missions. When I finally got around to finishing her quests I was seemingly presented with a choice through dialog with her: start romance with Mako or start romance with mako. I saw no option to say no to her and I tried every option. The issue story-wise is that my bounty hunter and Mako are a terrible match and make absolutely no sense together. Even so I continued with the romance seeing as how I didn't seem to have a choice. When I got to the last conversation with her I had three dialog options two of which were marriage proposals and one which was something like " let's get back to work". I of course chose the third option hoping that it would end the romance but instead the next day to my surprise I had a letter in the mail from Mako excitedly telling me how happy she was to be engaged to my BH. What.....The......Hell....Did I do something wrong in the dialog because I never saw any option to say no to the romance. As someone who cares about the story decisions in this game I must say I am quite frustrated with this. If any one can help me out and tell me what happened or if a Bioware employee sees this and can reset the quest chain for me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
  20. Um.....it's spelled "Taco" Bell. Just thought you should know that.
  21. It's been a while since this issue was brought to Bioware's attention. So I'm wondering (and I'm sure many others are too) if this bug is being addressed and if so if we can expect a fix any time soon. If a Bioware employee reads this I think it's safe to say that we would all really appreciate an update on the matter. Thank you for taking the time to read through this thread and listen to our feedback.
  22. Thank you Tait. I really appreciate it.
  23. Okay this is really frustrating me. I started forged alliances with my level 55 operative and completed the assault on Tython solo flashpoint. After I finished it my quest updated saying "speak to darth arkous" so I traveled back to the fleet and walked in to the phase. To my surprise when I talked to darth arkous the conversation that I got was the same one as when I started the quest and when the conversation ended my quest objective read "complete the assault on tython flashpoint". In my rage and frustration I decided that the only thing I could do was abandon the quest and start over, but when I accepted the quest to do assault on tython it would only give me the tactical version. I am currently in a guild where I am the only active player and when I ask for help on general chat all I get is trolls so I guess I can never continue this character's story beyond Makeb. I have supported you guys since launch and I continue to do so as a recurring subscriber but I have to be honest with you. I feel that this is a game breaking bug and if it is not addressed and fixed for everyone who is having this issue then that may just be it for me with this game. Please know that it is not my intention to threaten you I am just simply stating how I feel. P.S. If you are able to fix this bug my character's name is "Mortix" (level 55 operative) and I am on the server "Jedi Covenant".
