I wish to add my support for this feature - no mater how it gets implemented. Perhaps a 'character sexuality' toggle at creation like gender choice?

Good day! Now that there are hundreds of Mako's, Corso Riggs and R7 units running around on every server... it can be rather hard to tell one companion from the next if an investment into a different Customization skin wasn't made. I have a suggestion for a Companion "Nicknaming" system. It could be similar to Legacy, or character titles, but I would love to see the option to have a personalized tag before, after or under a companion's name. Perhaps somehow linked to the affection system? It would be a novelty option for players on normal PvE/PvP servers, but I feel that a nickname system would help those of us on RP servers feel more comfortable using a Companion to use as an NPC in a scene. Good day! I currently have a level 43 Jedi Sage, and one of my most favorite things about the class is our AoE abilities. The AoE DPS ability "Forcequake" and the AoE Healing ability "Salvation." I love the feature that allows party members to see where others are placing their AoE spells, with the Republic/Empire seal on the ground. I have a suggestion to enhance this feature already present in the game, which is for there to be a color difference between a DPS AoE spell, and a healing AoE spell. This way, party members will have a very clear visual of what is occurring in the midst of combat and be able to place themselves accordingly. For example - if my Sage is channeling 'Forcequake', the Republic AoE symbol on the ground could remain the blue color it already is. Party members would know to bring enemies to this circle for DPS. On the other hand, if my Sage is preparing to cast 'Salvation,' perhaps the AoE symbol on the ground could have a green color. This way, party members would know to put themselves in the AoE for healing. Thanks for reading!
