I have the same problem. I have used 2 different types of social gear and they both are doing the same thing. The gear does not keep the stats when zoning or logging. I put a ticket in for it yesterday. Reply was : "Thank you for contacting us with your Restoration Request. If you would like your item replaced ... blah blah blah. " No where did I submit a request for replacement. I wanted to tell them that there was a bug with their social gear. So not too sure they actually read the in-game support tickets too well, or if its automated with bots to weed out the stupid requests. Either way my ticket was not responded too properly. I think they either know about the problem or they just don't care as its not a priority.
