It´s not so simple. Ultramarines have wizzards. Saw swords can cut through any material too. Besides at long distance, ultramarines have advantage. While jedis with their lightsabers will be running against ultramaries they will riddle them with blaster miniguns. And blaster minigun is not "pew pew", it stops hords of orks. In close combat, an ultramarine can crush a jedi´s skull with a simple squeeze of his hand.
Yeah, but a Jedi can sense or see what is going to happen. so they seem to have incredible reflexes. Also they can pull marines towards them or even pull their weapons out of their hands. Also you can't know if the wizards can counter a Jedis force powers

I'm just tired of all the people I see named some variation of Boba Fett, including all the "Boba Fatt"s. Hurrrr, I'm a fat bounty hunter and I came up with this name myself!
I don't see many BH's named like that, however I see many JK's named "Obiwano", "Obione" or "Obikanobi". Also I saw 2 or 3 SW's named "Reevann" or "Revaan"

Every experienced jedi was out in the galaxy fighting the war, the only ones at the temple were padawans, very few knights and even fewer jedi masters. This coupled with surprise is why they got destroyed, the gatemaster was killed by Anakin before he could register what was going on so thats 1 master down. There were really only 3 masters in the temple during the attack.
1. The gatemaster(he was killed)
2. Cin Drallig(the only real threat to stopping Vader and Order 66 at the temple.)
3. Shaak Ti(she ran away after a breif encounter with Vader.)
So 2 of the 3 jedi masters are gone, this just leaves Cin Drallig(who was the temple's blademaster and finest swordsmen) and other padawans and jedi knights. Anakin sometime later kills Cin Drallig, at that point everyone else is a streamroll because the only hope for the temple was killed and all that was left were padawans and knights and younglings.
Wasn't Jocasta Nu (the Librarian) a Jedi Master too?

Did you read the OP? The question was "who has the most force potential", not who was the strongest.
I doubt that Plo Koon, Kit Fisto or Shak Ti had enough potential to even come close to the Skywalkers.

And how would his popularity help him in a 1on1 fight against Jango?

One fell into a Sarlacc having achieved nothing. The other got his head cut off having achieved very little of any value. I think the winner of the fight would be whoever could go longest without screwing up and dying in a swift and embarrassing manner.
Yeah, being the best bounty hunter in the galaxy, and having killed several Jedi, one of them a Jedi master (Coleman Trabor) is really not that difficult. Aynone could do something like that

Jango was quite dangerous, pitting well against Kenobi on the landing pad on Kanimo in episode 2.
Boba was a noob who got himself killed way to easily on Tatooine by semi-jedi Luke (ep 5 I think).
Jango > Boba.
Actually it was Episode 6, and Luke wasn't a "Semi- Jedi", he was a real Jedi who finnished his training.
