I'm fairly certain naked companions and the occasional lack of lip-syncing are genuine bugs (and unintended). Having my helm/mask removed however appears to be intentional, as it's consistent (for the "romance" sequences, my companion's helm is also removed). My guess is someone at BW decided it was important to see your avatar's facial expressions during these sequences. While I appreciate their concern, I'd still rather have the ultimate authority over my character's appearance.

I've encountered a number of cutscenes and interactive dialogs wherein my character's helm/mask is temporarily hidden/removed. It appears to happen most often when interacting with companions (particularly when "romance" options are available), but it also just occured during the conclusion of the Balmorra: Bonus Series (Imperial faction). I appreciate it may sound like a trivial/nitpicky issue to raise, but my character's appearance and the effort I've put into maintaining it are important to me. I'd appreciate it if that wasn't arbitrarily undermined in this manner. Thanks!
