BUT
My friend who pre-ordered at the same time as I did is having some problems.
He cannot post on the forums for some reason, but here is a message he sent me:
"I ordered over the summer (same day as you), received a code that I entered, opened a ticket, received a reply confirming I was invited, and still can't play because there's "no active subscription on this account". ... I've also already set up my subscription. Name: Vesparian Email: (email removed). Also please tell them it won't let me post."
What should he do?
