I just hit battle master so I am slowly getting more gear. I got the bracers/implants/knife so far. I can constantly crit for over 4k and have done so on BM sorcs but can't seem to touch 5k.

I am in full champ gear with power/surge mods and can't seem to crit over 4.6k with power relic and warzone adrenal. Anyone hitting 5k after the surge nerf?

85%(Base Stealth Speed)x1.15(15% increase)=97.75. This is why they still move slightly faster. Though this ability should work outside of stealth(It did in beta). 15% movement out of stealth would fix all sorts of issues we have.
