So is that all you need for accuracy is 100%? Or is it good to go over that to lower the mobs def/dodge and so on?

As of today Dec 28th Revan is still bugged. He is insta killing us with the lightning bolt thing..Tried tank popping all CD and it was interrupted. But keeps one shooting us all.
