I've been progressing through endgame content for a while now on my sniper, and with new gear i've been getting i've started sacrificing some accuracy for cunning, crit, and whatnot. How much accuracy would a dps need to be "hit capped". In other words, is simply 100% accuracy good enough for PvE, or do I need literally as much as i can get?
