Yep I'm hoping for clarification on this but just the way its worded makes it sound like anyone who was in the window of the 12th-22nd for subscription rollovers will now have an inactive account when it comes time to flag for the free game time. I'm hoping we'll get a post that says if you were already flagged for the game time then your good, but I'm not going to hold my breath and expecting the worst.

Ok so I just got it to work, after looking at the thread and seeing some people in the same boat as me while others were having no issue, I decided to try something new. I restarted the quest and chose the dark side options for the first two guys you go to on the list(my agent is almost pure light side so I had previously been selecting light side) and this time when entering the casino it triggered. I'm not sure if thats actually the trigger, but if those who are still having trouble want to test it, or if they're already dark side and still having issues then obviously that would debunk my current theory. Regardless hope it helps and good luck to those of you still having issue!

I tried that and no go, I also tried just coming back after doing x amount of quests to see if it would trigger, similar to how I got her first quest to work and no go. It never makes it past the "go to the casino" trigger, and the table in the SE corner has nothing to click on. I do enjoy killing the wookie repeatedly, as he tends to drop a blue or orange piece most of the time lol.

Has anyone been able to solve the Death Marks issue? I've read about people who are clearly further in Kaliyo's chain so theres got to be something to it.

I was able to get the "What you do for a partner" quest to work by completing the chain between the end of act 1 and the start of act 2. Theres a quest in the middle of it that makes you go to nar shaddaa briefly, once that was finished, I was able to then travel to nar shaddaa again and trigger the Kaliyo quest. Check to see if your in that situation and if that will fix it. As for the Death Marks quest, I have no clue how to fix that. It's frustrating because I've tried resetting it twice now, and both times I've had to fly around killing the first two dudes. Any help on the matter would be appreciated!
