I am not sure if it is a bug or just a glitch but I was running the new daily where you have to repair the leaking tanks. I was in a group of me and a friend I am a Jedi Guardian and he is a Shadow after we used the buff the first time and went in and started repairing the buff wore off and I went to click it again and it was no longer in my bag I could still see it in the Quest Log as an Icon and I could not use it there either. I then tried to kill some more NPC's and get a NEW one. Well then it said I have reached the maximum limit on this item or something like that. Anyone else have this issue?

So I would like to hear from the Bioware Team if these items are supposed to level with the character or not. If so do you have to level 1 time and do you have to use the item for the entire level to set the stats on the Item? Please Help. I just hit 45 last night on my alt so it will be a while before I hit 46.

You have to travel to Coruscant and the vendor is at -1185, -4414. Hope this helps.
