You guys are right its useful for tanks as it provides a buff for healers and a quick return for those encounters that require a tank swap after a knockback but the same goes Guardian Reflect ability, its of almost zero use to dps in PVE but a great tool for tanking.

I'm going to have to go with, no it does not apply to the Makeb storyline as its just another planetary storyline.
