I have found artifice quite good for making creds, mainly from the lower level items though, a prototype (blue) enhancement can easily sell for 10k on my server, which is a pretty good mark-up, as the cost to make it, is less than 1k, hope that helps.

The only reason i found to craft one of these Lightsabers was because you have a chance to Crit while making one, which gives it a augment slot aswell. I was lucky and got a crit on my first try! i recommend using a companion with full affection and a crit bonus to try this as the biometrics are really hard to come by good luck!
