So customer service just jumped me past the battle to resolve my ticket. Anyone else have that happen?

I am having the same issue and none of the solutions posted have worked for me. Stuck until the Devs get this fixed it appears.

wow best way to kill a launch is to cheap out on servers. Also early access gamers are getting hit worst w/ queues. Way to piss off your hardcore base crowd.
