Hi All, I have been trying to figure out the optimal way to gear Doctor Lokin. I just got him and wanted to load him up with mods. I am pretty new to the game . Sorry if this is a dumb question. I was thinking? Armoring-Skill Armoring Mods- not sure? something that would bring surge? Enhancement- Insight endurance,crit,alclarity
