  1. armor level is directly related to the armoring mod shoved into it.
  2. bloody bump from page 8!!
  3. maybe have one that applies a move speed debuff. ( useful in pvp.) also do what you did with bio chem and lets make the purples reusable's so that only those who specced into armstech can use them. (better if you don't imho.) you could also let arms techs create one shot consumables such as the http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Stokhli_spray_stick. (again useful in pvp for when your main stun is on cd.)
  4. Was just wondering wouldn't arms tech be a little more worth keeping @ 50 if they were given consumables in the form of special effect power cells and what not. Special effects could include various different debuffs as well as a straight damage increase cell. Feel free too add to this idea with suggestions for the dev's.
