No, I think he LOL'ed because of the comment that they are locked from 1/2 the content they sub for. The only possible way 2 operations count as 1/2 of any content is the 55 ONLY content. There is MUCH more to this game than life at 55. At least that is MY take on the comment.

I believe I had the same thing happen if it is the quest stage I am thinking of. You get Kira as a 'guest' companion that goes with you on this quest. Once it is done and you exit the instance she is gone and you are with no companion. I was able to open the companion window and re-summon her with no issues. I think because she is a 'guest' at this point in time, the game automatically removes her when the quest is done. If you had T7 out, then I am not sure.

You can, they are daily heroics. The heroic 2's that you picked up on the starter worlds can be completed each day. And you will find these kind of quests on the rest of the planets as you level.

Thanks. I have a Jugg alt and thought I would try a Sentinel as a dps tank (since i already had a sorc healer I didnt want an assassian). It just makes sense to me that all force users would have a form of force push and all tanks would have some kind of taunt. Oh well. Thanks again.

Do Sentinels get a form of force push or any kind of taunt? I looked through my untrained skills and didn't see anything that looked like either of these skills. I am only level 17, but like I said, I looked on the trainer for all available and didn't see what I was looking for. Many thanks!

I think the more proper question is can you ignore an account. Unfortunately I haven't found this feature in SWTOR. I know I have played other MMO's in the past where you can ignore an account, or even add an account to your friends list.

One thing that may help as well, turn on the floating light. I didn't even notice it until I was almost done, but there is a icon next to the quest name that turns on a floating light. This helps immensely since it is so dark in there. Most of the data pad's are too rough, since they blink and glow, and that stands out in the dark. The guide that was posted earlier is an incredible help as well. Good luck!

Honestly, you will get different replies from people depending on how long they have been at 50, if they have a good guild, and if the don't mind the grind of doing dailies. I enjoy it for a while, but tend to get bored. I don't want to spend my free time doing dailies on 3 different planets just to 'kill time'. If you enjoy raiding and can get in a guild that raids, then that is a goal. Personally, I am able to raid twice a week. But then again, after you are fully upgraded in armor (or as upgraded as you can) then what is the point of even raiding? I don't tend to spend a lot of time on my 50's. I will queue up for the daily hard mode and try to get my weeklies done, but that's about it. I enjoy the story more than the end game life, so I work on alts. Life after 50 is ok, if you find a nitch to fit in that gives you what you want.

They came out of the Crime Lord packs. iirc, those were the 'expensive' ones when the market first opened. They were not in the newest ones which I think is blockade.

As I get more characters to 50 I am having trouble keeping track of skills and such for alts. Having too many alts is making a lot of the skill names (listed for the bonuses) blend together and sound the same. Since we all get new Tionese gear at 50 now, it is usually an upgrade to what most of us are wearing while leveling up. I am getting confused on the gear choices per class, and which set bonus is best suited for my build. Example - Bounty Hunter - Merc - DPS - Which armor do I want? Do I wan the Enforcer set? Do I want the Combat Tech set? ... etc ... Is there a place (I did a search but couldn't find what I was after) that has a break down of what set goes with what spec? I would love to find this for both republic and imperial, as I am about to have my first republic 50 soon and don't want to beat my head against the monitor trying to figure these things out. I still want to know if there is any progress (or work at all) on neutral characters. Granted, there can't be a neutral 5 or anything like that, but some kind of reward for staying neutral, as promised from the beginning would be nice.

I have been playing since pre-launch and had no idea about this. I know there is a seperate category for datacrons, but it only lists them by number and not what stat they increased. This is also where the lore entry is located, since each datacron also holds game lore.

Thanks, Oggthebase, that is what I was looking for. As for the other subject, I am a subscriber, so respecing at 50 is not a concern. I just didn't want to worry about respecing while leveling. I just wanted to spend wisely.

Ok, this applies to everyone that is trying to focus on a tree but will have extra points once they reach that magic 31 points spent. How should the spending go while leveling up? I mean, if my tree is 3/31/7 or 31/7/3, it won't matter when I am 50. But as I make the climb, where should I focus? Is it best to spend those 31 points first? Or spend the 7/3 points, then dump all the rest into the 'main' tree? I am leveling a few alts after being at 50 for a bit, and was curious what the 'ideal' way to spend these points were. Thanks!

Haliy made me remember something. I had far greater luck getting a group for this 'normal' FP when I was on Illum then trying to get it from the fleet. I don't know if it is because the FP is physically on Illum, or what the reason was, but it certainly increased the time for me to get a group when I was on-planet vs at the fleet.

I don't know if it drops in hard mode as well. I know the quest indicates to run it in 'normal' mode. The next piece is a hard mode run only according to the quest, but it is much easier to get hard mode PUGs.

What about wearing the new cartel flight suit? Or is there something on the market that looks like apprentice robes or the like? I saw a post earlier that seemed to get overlooked, someone mentioned doing something to the yard trash outside the cave and causing them to 'flee' into the cave.

I am a 50 sniper with MM build right now (31 / 7 / 3). I am still trying to get decently geared, mostly in black hole with some rag-tag columni, rakata and recruit gear (relics only). I am going to start to augment my armor, and was curious what stats would be best to focus on? My default answer would be cunning, which would be Skill Aug (Cunning/endurance). But I wasn't sure if I should throw in some crit / surge / power here and there. I just want to make sure I am moving in the right direction before I spend the time & money on augments. Thanks!

There are 3 PVE servers in Americas. 1 on the West coast and 2 on the East coast. The other two are 'full' and 'very heavy' right now. I think we need a 4th PVE server, to make a 2nd on the West coast.

I just want to make sure I understand. You are still leveling as a Jedi Knight and have no access to your skill tree (K by default)? I would imagine all you need to do is go to the fleet and talk to the advanced class NPC and be able to choose either Sentinel or Guardian. You may not have access to the quest anymore (that is given in the lobby after you get off the elevator from Tython departure), but you should still be able to choose an advanced class.

I was looking into this last night as I have won (via greed rolls) a couple of pieces of Rakata / Columni that my main cannot use, but an alt can. I went to check out the cost of the legacy armor and it is a bit expensive. 50 - 250k a piece. So, this gave me a question. Can you buy one piece (doesn't matter for what class) and put mods into it from any armor that you stripped and send this on to your alt? Or do you need to essentially have 1 piece for each slot to ensure the armor mod will 'fit'? If it is option 2, then are you again restricted to making sure you have all the legacy armor for all the classes? OR is the restriction not that tight? i.e. If I have a SI leg piece, do I have to put it in a SI legacy leg armor? Or can it go in a SW leg armor? Then across factions opens up a bigger can of worms.

There is an NPC on the Empire side as well. Forget which wing he is in, but he is human and has a few 'alien races' around him.

I currently have Rakata Enforcer boots and was looking to purchase the campaign field tech armor. Will this change the boots from enforcer to field tech? I chose enforcer by accident the first time I got my rakata gear and didn't realize the bonus isn't for me as a Sniper until a few days later, so I couldn't do the quick sell back. Thanks.
