I am looking for a guild that raid starting between 6-9pm est, or in the moring time atleast 3 days a week. fully 61 modded.

Ever Since 1.4 i've noticed the my shield amp device do proc nothing like it used to, it used to proc alot now it hardly procs anymore. for instance when my shield is up filly my asorb go to 61%, when it up and the relic procing it goes to 73%, but it is happening WAY less often

I was wondering how people are gear thier tanks, currently i am 53.78 Damage Reduction 14.73 Defence 52.65 Shield Chance 53.54 Shield Asorb When do diminshing returns start on these stats.

Fully 61 modded powertech tank looking for Raiding Guild, avaliable any days and hours, have completed up to the tanks in HM DENOVA, including EV/KP Nightmare and have the titles for both. They dont realize that it dont matter how many people start a sub, it how many of them comtinue thier sub, I have 2 50, and a 41 lvl char, and about done with this game cause our server pop blows and there is nothing i can do about it except reinvest my time tpo level up a another character on a different server, why should i do that when there is 200+ servers and NONE are at max and 90% are underpopulated they need to realize there about to LOSE A WHOLE BUNCH OS SUBS!!!!!!!!!

If they would release graphs we would be BLOWN AWAY by how the server are populated way too many servers and not enough people. NEVER i have ever seen the republic fllet population over 150 on Bondar Crystal, people are quitting and unsubbing like flies, so they really need to handle this problem, cause it looks like them thinking having all these server is the answer when its not cause you pick a server invest time and then at end game realize WTH this blows, no population= nothing to do=people quitting
