  1. Thank you for your viewpoint. I went to the server that my guild was assigned prior to launch. I have been with the guild over 6 months prior to launch and I plan on sticking with them. My character is lvl 38 and I do not plan on investing that much time on another server. My gaming time is important to me when I get the time because I have other responsibilities. Nothing is more frustrating thatn waiting an hour to get in the game, then play for a little bit only to have to go afk to take care of home business. When I get back, I am logged off and have to get back into a queue. Very frustrating. The main issue is that we were forced by bioware into a server that ended up being the most populated.
  2. It is 10:30 pm Mountain time, and I am still in a queue for the Swiftsure server. The queue is not in the thousands as it use to be a week ago, but still more than a hundred is not acceptable. Please don't stop the maitenance or whatever it is you are trying to do to fix the issue.
  3. I feel that the problem I had with Swiftsure has receeded. Thank you very much.
  4. I heard they will make an official oceanic server in March..... And how does that fix the issue for SWiftsure? EVeryone in the Pacific including our Australian friends will have established their characters even more. What incentive is it for them to move to another server? and how does that change the situation now? I wanted to play this during the holiday break when I have time. I don't want to spend it waiting in a queue.....
  5. So I logged on at 4:30 AM, and i still had a 30 minute wait. And I just tried to log on tonight at 10:00 pm, and I have a 2 hour wait. What is going on BIOWARE? Either give my guild a free pass to move our characters to a new server or give me my money back please. May i remind you that it was you that put my guild on the server we are currently on? I have never seen Swiftsure without a queue.........
  6. I am on the Swiftsure Server. Or at least, my guild was assigned to this server. But due to the very long queue times I have not been able to play my character. I took a day off of work to play a week early, and got my character up pretty high. But ever since 3 days ago, the queues have been way too long and I haven't been able to play. When I come home from work, I may only have a few hours to play. But now, those few hours are spent waiting in a queue. If I am going to pay for a product I expect to get that product. I am not going to pay a monthly subscription to something I am not going to be able to use! I don't want to make a new character because I invested a lot of time to get him up high. In addition, it is where my guild mates are located, and where we were assigned by our friends with SWTOR. It was total failure on their part. Either let my guild change servers for free, expand the server so there is no wait beyond 15 minutes. OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!
