  1. After paying for a good or service we are not reasonably provided we are entitled to a refund. I suggest we create a petition to recoup these lost funds, or we get our maintenance during our off-peek time
  2. So the larger part of having oceanic servers is so that we don't have maintenance during prime game time like from 5pm to 3am. thanks for the new servers but the downtime is still to your schedule and we pay the same amount but get a limited game opportunity because one day per week is devoted to maintenance. It's really frustrating for us and we should either be reimbursed for the maintenance time or have it during our early morning hours. Technically we pay for a good or service which you cannot reasonably provide.
