  1. Well I kind of noticed that the client seem to create numerous verions of GUIsettings in the SWTOR folder in the appdata section. Sometimes, it seems that server shard number isn't recognized properly especially during server switches or logouts for that matter. For example: if you load a character on Sith Meditation Sphere which is shard number he1012 according to the <account>_accountDev.ini, and then you switch to Kath hound, which is number he1052, apparently, it seem the client doesn't recognize the server switch that occured and instead of syncing the already existing he1052 files (which is the GUI settings for the your character on Kath Hound), it doesn't recognize it because the client still think it's in the previous shard, which is he1012 (Sith Meditation Sphere). Following that, the client, since it doesn't recognize the current server it switched to, create a new GUI file with the number of the server you were on before the switch in this case he1012, and when you want to switch again, the cycle repeat. Apparently it seem to be a recognition error of the Guisetting syncing with the server change. At least that's what i suspect. Also to note that when you exit the game, the server switch take effect, and then the client make more GUIsetting files with the correct number, but since your setting ofyour previous play were set with the wrong number, your settings are lost again. P.S: Also, for those who wonder what the hell i'm talking about I'm talking about the files named: <server shard number>_<character name>_PlayerGUIState.ini. That file contains all your chat settings (color, tabs, etc), your companion bar location, alignment conversation settings, map settings, and many ui settings that you people say that get reset.
