  1. The main hand/off hand box reward from the forged alliances/shadow of revan prelude mission series needs some re-tuning. As a Sorcerer I got a double bladed lightsaber. Sorcerer's can't use these. As an Opperative, I got a blaster pistol. Can't use them. Same deal with sniper, who also got the blaster pistol.
  2. I've been under the impression that the bugs are biowares way of just making the fight more difficult. Because god knows we all say "This fight would be easy if it weren't for the bugs!" every time we wipe because of a bug.
  3. after a couple more attempts, it started working properly again. Not sure what happened, but keep your eyes open.
  4. After putting false emperor on farm for a few days, today it seems with the new patch, that the Jindo Krey encounter on Hard mode False Emperor has bugged out. The turret console mechanic at combating the ship seems to no longer work as intended. Has anyone else had this problem as of TODAY?
  5. After running with my group, We have had very easy success at running the flashpoints up to 50, and now that we are 50, we are working on hardmodes and raids. (And done plenty of PvP, earning our centurion titles) Fact of the matter right now, the end game PvE has been, frustrating, to say the least. We have begun working on hard modes, so far we have been farming Black Talon, taken out the False Emperor a couple times, and have put our attempts in on Foundry and Boarding Party, as well as been doing guild run operations in Eternity Vault. But here is where things become... distressing. Many of the these end game encounters are bugged and/or badly overtuned. Take for example the last boss in foundry HM. Force lightning ticks for 20k a hit, and no matter how on the ball you are, that first hit is going to hit the 20k-21k health for 20k damage. Surviving this very first tick of force lightning is quite doable the first time he casts it as it's possible to soften things up with defensive cooldowns. But this is not so doable for the following force lightnings. And than there are those random deaths that occur after your first wipe to Gharj in the Eternity Vault. (And what is up with the trash on 16 man normal on the way to Gharj!?) I hate to sound like another one of the "haters", but what am I to do? My free time is coming to a close as classes start back up in 2 weeks, and I would really like to enjoy this content while I still have a chance! I fear that if things don't clear up soon, I may find this game to no longer be worth my time and money, which I really don't want to happen. I did put so much faith in this game that I preordered my Collectors Edition the moment they were available for preorder. I stayed up late for that! I will also say this too, I understand that not all other mmos were perfect when they came out. But keep in mind that just because someone else did something "wrong" doesn't mean it's acceptable for someone else to do the same. But to the credit of this game, the low level content was smooth. It wasn't until the end game that things really started getting messy. So what 4 man end game content can I count on enjoying right now? I'm not looking forward to dungeon crawling the remaining untried flashpoints to come across another boardingparty/foundry incident. -signed another level 50 ranter.
  6. A problem I have found in this game is that it is quite easy to purchase the wrong item. For instance, when you purchase a a set item piece, it does not display what the set bonus are until AFTER you purchase the item. So lets say you are a DPS Powertech, yet you find the stats on one set piece to be most desirable, yet when you buy it, it turns out to only have healing mercenary set bonuses. You are stuck with this item now with no way of exchanging it. As it stands now, the only way to get your token back or exchange for the more suitable set piece, is to submit a ticket to a GM. However this is something most players and I assume GM's, do not like to use to remedy. It can take days (or in my current case, a week and still going) to have taken care of. It also, no doubt, clogs up the help system. Can we expect, or ask that a suggestion be forwarded to developers, that a system be placed in game that will allow players to exchange back items without having to seek game master help? If there is also an ongoing active post/petition, can i sign it?
