Thanks for the help guys, but it was a glitch lol. After the 1.2 patch came out my quest reset and then I easily killed the assassin.

One thing I forgot. When I attack the assassin, it seems only my weak blaster attack is the one that does damage. Whenever I use the other abilities, such as Unload, Death From Above, and the other missile attacks, he still has full health. He only has 1600 or so HP, so if I could do some damage I could easily get him out of the way. Is this a glitch? If so, what can I do?

I am a level 21 Bounty Hunter Mercenary, and I'm trying to defeat the Swoop Gang Leader. The thing is though, his health is more than twice mine and it seems my weapons are useless against him. I use Death from Above, Unload, Jet Boost and Electro Dart all the time but they don't seem to work. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!
