  1. Ah hah! Thank you, that clears it up. I was starting to hyperventilate.
  2. I pre-ordered the game and redeemed my code last week, or so I thought. On My Account page on swtor.com right now, my account summary shows that 1) Security Questions are complete, 2) Contact information is complete, 3) i have NOT redeemed a product registration code. The problem is, that I thought I HAD redeemed the code. When I click to redeem a new code and input the code I was given, I receive a message stating that this code is already in use. My question is, is this how the My Account page looks for other player who have not yet gained early access, or do I have a problem that needs to be addressed before I can play?
