I am confused on Pre-Order vs Premium Player. I am currently a premium subscriber. Will I automatically get the SHAE VIZLA COMPANION and the RAPID RECON WALKER when they are release or is there something I have to pre-order? Thanks

I started a character a few months ago and got him to level 12, took a short break and now KoFE has launched. Can I pick up with that character exactly where I left off? Kit Carson is still on my ship but all of her gear was mailed to me and I cannot get a companion to follow me. To my knowledge, I have not started a KoFE quest. Thanks
