  1. People are buying credits from gold farmers. Not letting people transfer with credits puts them at a disadvantage. Stop desperately grasping at the fleeting dream of a non inflated economy. It's only delaying the inevitable. Either the server will shut down, or people will buy credits and inflate things that way.
  2. Still not finding anything online. More people have left our guild to go back and more people I know not in our guild are either leaving to go back or just cancelling subs all together. Any word yet?
  3. So when are they happening? I have people leaving my guild to go back because they're tired of not having everything they need. We all miss our stuff and our credits. The economy is screwed in the opposite direction and no one wants to grind out entire legacies any more. Novelty has worn off. My girlfriend and I are also thinking of going back away from SV. So... when it happening?
  4. Sub here. Not insulted by it. Can't speak for everyone. Insulting for you maybe.
  5. My personal opinion. Prog teams should only raid with themselves. Never replace a toon. If one cannot make it, then the raid is rescheduled. This is for allowing familiarization of each others play styles. If someone new joins it throws a wrench into the equation. All story modes need to be cleared at least twice so all know the mechanics involved and the next modes mechanics need to be taught in the previous version. Meaning hard mode mechanics should at least be explained in story mode and NiM should be explained in hard mode. Group makeup is also important. You can;t just throw stuff together and expect to complete things. The gorup make up, in my opinion, should be like this. Tanks x2 = Jugg Main and PT off tank DPS x4 = Sorc, Mara, Sniper, Merc Healers x2 = Sorc and op/merc The main tank should be a Jugg due to amazing survivabilty and single target agro hold. The off tank could be either a PT or Sin, however, our guild prefers PT tanks as off tanks due to their higher survivability and better AOE agro holding. The DPS are set up that way due to being able to have all raid buff available. This layout also allows for the dps to help with cleanses if needed. The sniper dps also help a lot with their shield. There are some mechanics that the shield helps with damage mitigations. The healers are set up that way due a few reasons. A sorc is required, not just because of the amazing heals, but also the force cleanses. The other healer can be either a merc or op, but it needs to be one of them due to their tech cleanses. We generally prefer op healers as with our experineces, the op healer seems to beat out the merc.
  6. I was looking online to see if I could find a list of the order of Operations that show up in the que list. I wanted to add them to our guild website, but the only list I found was from like 2 years ago. Is there a current list or do you guys know it off the tops of your heads? Any help would be appreciated and thank you guys. :-)
  7. https://torf.mmo-fashion.com/rishis-blaster-pistol-mk-1/ There is a mark 1 and mark 2. Two different colors. You could probably find them on the gtn if people have them posted.
  8. I know it's not a proper fix, but you can refresh your UI and it goes away. I have had this issue going on for about a year now. To refresh your UI, press CTRL+U and while still holding CTRL press U a second time. Wait about a second or two between the U's. It refreshes your UI and it goes away. It also fixes any other issues that show up for the UI. I sometimes have issues where my hotbars disappear. This fixes them as well.
  9. That's about on par for this game. Customer Service has always been.... how do I put it nicely..... not good? My girlfriend and I have been submitting tickets for the last few days for all kinds of things. Our favorite response to a ticket was one for a tactical not working the way it should. She wrote a ticket identifying the problem and letting them know about it and she got an automated response about how the effect was working the way it should. The problem is that the email she received was for a ticket number that she never submitted for a spell on a totally different class and that she should write something about that suggestion on the forums.
  10. My girlfriend and I reached our guild total. Actually, we over shot it and made it to over half way to the next planet. if you look at the top leaders for conquest points in our guild, almost all of them are out alts and mains, aside form one other active player we have in our small six player guild. We were skeptical at first, but it can be done.
  11. Beast Master/Tamer type class. I see them in the game as npcs all the time. Why can't we create one. Depending on the subclass, you could use melee or ranged weapons. No lightsabers though. It's not a force class. So, vibrosword and whatnot and blasters and blaster rifles.
  12. As much as I and quite a few others would love this, they completely butchered the chance to have individual class stories when they decided to lump everyone together into the same story. I miss having all my toons feel like individuals.
  13. My point exactly. Which is why I was a little shocked when I kept getting that player in my que. And even more shocked when I got that email that said they still can que with you. Like I said, I get the pvp, but non pvp content? That's just messed up.
  14. I 200% agree with this. On top of the legacy ignore, the ignore list should also be legacy wide so you don't have to ignore it on every one of your toons as it has been suggested in another thread.
  15. While I appreciate the responses on trying to confirm what I was asking for, it's not the case. I can understand in the pvp ques, I get it, but these people were still getting grouped with us in flashpoints and operations. Below is an excerpt from the response email I got from SWTOR customer service: My name is ******* Thanks for contacting the Star Wars: The Old Republic customer service team concerning the ignored players. I’ve replied to your ticket in-game, you’ll find the answer below too. The /ignore command is only for blocking their communication from the general chat or whispers. it would not stop them from joining you in the queues. No worries, we can suggest the Devs for such implementation for the future patch Here's how to do it: https://www.swtor.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=349 As you can see, direct from them, it only removes general chat and whispers. It does not prevent grouping in random ques.
