Firstly, it was my understanding that it's impossible to PvP on starter worlds or the capital worlds, even on a PvP server. And I know that personally, I hit lvl 10+ easily before leaving the starter world, with doing all the side quests/heroic quests, etc. Then you pick up your crew skills, pick your AC, do an esseless/black talon run, and you're like level 12-13 (depending on various factors). Then the capital world. I'd say you'll be at least level 15 and probably close to 20 before you leave the capital world... I suppose I could be wrong about this, but... What was the issue now? Gankers waiting outside starter cities?

It's day one of early access... I think getting worked up over a perceived server imbalance this early is...unwise.

No. This is not the game you are looking for.

@ the OP: I'm not 100% sure, but I would guess that people who really want "server firsts" are in the minority for this game - and to be frank, BW probably placed "allow everyone the chance at a server first" way behind "have the smoothest launch possible" in their priority list.

They've stated somewhere that they specifically decided NOT to let people know ahead of time when they might get in - in case they run into issues, preventing them from letting people in, and it...upsets people... OR at least I saw a dev post to that effect pre-forum wipe.
