when u say custom gear do u mean of galactic market or from coreilla vendor

Hi im currently lvl 46 full telekinetics tree spec but i entered this lvling zone and noticed the mobs hit me extremly hard even with tharan healing me i need suggestions on the best way to tackle this instead dieing all time like should i go balance tree etc?
