can confirm, have completed ch.3 twice on veteran and still no achievement, the circle where your medal is supposed to be rewarded just stays empty

i am not only getting kicked to start, but after i log back in, get my completion and 'rewards' ... the fact that i have completed the chapter on veteran mode does not register in the interface, the little circle is still empty... this has happened twice now on chapter 3

I cannot even click on 'Planetary Missions' anymore from the galactic command interface... at all, nothing happens... i have logged out, played another toon for a bit, switched planets... nothing works, nothing happens, have clicked it at least a hundred times now
