Realistically, this isn't the case. As annoying as waiting is, once they sort their stuff out it wont be an issue, and people will forget about. Just like they forgot about it in WoW, and in every other MMO that's had queueing issues.

Wait...So you're off the game because instead of getting let in 7 days early you might get let in 3? Or 4? Good gravy. I hope your not this over-dramatic for every little thing you ever need to wait for.

There aren't any racials like in WoW, the race choice is purely aesthetic. Go with whatever you think looks best.

On the last beta weekend, I levelled as heals. This time around I believe that I'm going to level as arsenal; this isn't because levelling as Bodyguard isn't viable, but because the extra damage you'd deal as the DPS spec would make levelling faster and smoother. Also, as you level, Mako's healing stops being as impressive as it is at the lower levels.
