  1. As I jut wrote in a different thread - it's not a great story, but it gets better with level progression. Chapter 1 is bad, but when you're in the middle of chapter 2 it starts to get interesting and chapter 3 is really good. It is however a story of a serving Jedi who does good deeds and focuses on politics and negotiations - you have to bear that in mind when you're selecting a JC. I'm lvl 50 and I'm gonna re-roll as a Chiss Inquisitor after Legacy comes out. I really enjoy the mechanics of a Shadow tank .
  2. I was criticizing the story few pages ago when I was near the end of chapter 1. I finished the whole plot and I wanted to say that it gets better the farther you progress. The Rift Alliance itself in chapter 2 isn't so great, but you get a lot of NPCs (I don't mean companions) that will be on your ship and will stay with you until the end. They will offer a lot of comments and banters between class quests. Chapter 3 is by far the best in Consular story. To sum it up: I still don't think it's a great story but it's not that bad either and will get better with your level progression. You just have to get used to your Jedi saying "How can I serve?" all the time . I am still re-rolling as an Inquisitor after Legacy comes out, because Empire side has so much better side quests for all characters. I'm playing a BH Mercenary lvl 27 now and I'm leaving Tatooine. All the quests until now (both story and side quests) were AWESOME when compared to the Republic ones. And no, it's not like you do only evil stuff for the Empire - there are normal people there with normal problems as well.
  3. I have the same problem. If you get a dc in warzone, you lost it. I hope they will fix it...
  4. I am near the end of episode 1 and I must say the story is probably one of the most boring ones and got me really disappointed. There is totally nothing special in it (well, maybe the moment when you get your lightsaber, that was decent!) and it just doesn't get you feel attached to your character and NPCs around you. The whole idea that you as a rookie Jedi are the only person in the world capable of shielding the Jedi masters from the plague is funny. For the most part of the game you're just looking for old Jedi masters who just lost their mind. The worst thing is I don't really feel motivated to progress further into the story. I just made a bounty hunter and even though I'm still not even level 10, I can already feel the story is getting interesting and I feel involved. I think I will re-roll as a Sith Inquisitor because I really like the mechanic (playing a shadow consular is pure pleasure), but just can't stand the bad plot. After reading comments of more experienced players here, I'm even more convinced this is the right decision.
