  1. Hello, I'm looking to recruit a healer for a HM/NiM Progression 8-man group. We're a group of returning friends who haven't played much since finishing HM Dxun (Before NiM released). Our group is composed of skilled players who have gone through most Nim/HM content in the game. Currently, we are planning on going and progressing on HM Gods, as that operation was a thing when none of us were playing (the piecemeal creation led a lot of us to quit during that time:rolleyes:). As a currently reforming group, we raid on Wednesday nights at 7pm Central. We are looking for a healer that is 1. Familiar with class 2. Familiar with raiding 3. Raid aware 4. Good Sense of Humor. You don't have to be the nightmariest person to ever nightmare, but being raid aware will help us all in the end. If you are interested, here is our discord https://discord.gg/SKNT8xp6 You can join and @Codwobby You may also find me or send me an ingame mail to Codwobby, Wodcobbie
  2. So there is no way to prevent this piece of hot garbage from popping up every time I do anything?
  3. Just finished this yesterday and it is horrible with this bug. The only way to beat it, is to restart the chapter, don't get in a walker, and slog through the whole thing on foot. Kill the walkers, go back and get the walker, walk it to the debris bloackage a .0003 mph and get out when it forces you. Do the same for the next area. Esentially avoid the walkers like the plague and you can win. Until you get to the champion at the end. Then you just have to do nothing but follow him around and stomp on him to interrupt as much as possible. also: you get none of the buffs from the walker. when I did the mission, I was constantly staggered by knights leaping to me. My abilities were constantly put on cooldown whenever I was shot by the enemy walkers. It's broken completely. Also in iokath with those awful walker missions. There's a part with 3 champions, and your health melts in about 7 seconds.
  4. I concur. I do not like the new cooldown timer, especially since there's no way to change it in the preferences.
  5. This was a horrible addition. Instead of me having to move my smash and battering assault when I respec from Vengeance to Immortal, it does stupid crap and removes my enrage from my toolbar entirely. Then I have to go all the way into my personal skills and find it and put it back on my bar. This is a useless feature and endlessly irritating on every class I respec frequently on. Get rid of it.
  6. So yesterday I set my synthweaving sage to crafting some Bonded Attachments and when I told my companion to make them I heard him respond from a distance, as they do when you're on your ship with them and tell them to craft. I turned around and some other person's Zenith was responding to me. He even had me targeted, which was something I had never seen before. I kept cancelling my orders and resetting them and he kept talking to me.
  7. Oh Awesome thanks! Yeah I didn't see that other thread.
  8. I looked around for a bit and didn't see any threads about this. Was it intentional that they took out the autoclaiming of RE() rewards? I know when I'm making augment kits and making like 30 REable things at a time, it gets pretty tedious going Click-wait-click-click-wait-click. It was slightly more convenient when the rewards autoaccepted (It was also more convenient when you didn't have to craft your crafting materials before you can start crafting your crafts but that's neither here nor there, if i may borrow the colloquialism). So, again, are they planning on bringing that back or is this the world now?
  9. Why don't they just make Jet Charge a Stance conditional skill like everything else? For instance: When Ion gas is active Jet Speed gives a 30% speed bonus. This ability is refreshed whenever you are attacked and lasts blah blah blah.
  10. Like everyone else said, hurrah for everyone getting Jet Charge; massive oversight setting the level at 61. An extra 5% absorb is good. The rest of these changes are stupidity. Leave my Gear knees alone! I do know I'll be using the trans location thing to drag plenty of people into pits and aoes. So there's that, I guess.
  11. Yes. This happens to me still. In any piece of clothing I wear
  12. Yeah this was a voidstar and don't remember if we had any stealthers or not. Regardless, nobody got close to finishing a plant on the door when we were attacking. It was pretty much just groups of people on each door spamming lightning storm and whatnot. Sorc heals is definitely its own thing now. You can burn a sorc healer down to 5% and then he just godbubbles gets back to full from the other 2 healers and goes on his merry way. It's just goofy.
  13. The thing I find goofy is that there were 6 healers in a single pvp match. Not that I couldn't solo 1 out of three healers. I'm not an idiot. Mostly I just attacked him the entire time to prevent him from healing anyone other than himself. Back when I used to pvp all the time as an operative healer I was usually the only healer in the warzone. I'm simply remarking on how that's not the case anymore. Not that they should nerf healers.
  14. http://imgur.com/GfDUOaQ This picture sums up most of my pvp experience in the last while. I followed a healer around for 15 minutes and killed him once. It's goofy. It's also ironic that the healers on our team received none mvp votes in what was, essentially, a healer battle.
  15. I would very much enjoy a mute function. Not getting a healing companion as a sith inquisitor until Hoth is kind of suckish. So I thought to myself, "Man I guess I'll just spend a million credits and use this treek person." I regret that decision. I hate her guts. She heals well which I like. But she never shuts her stupid mouth, which I hate. As soon as I get *possible spoiler* on Hoth I'll never use this companion again.
  16. I don't know if it's just me, but almost every warzone I've gotten into since 3.0 has been a heal fest stalemate. For whatever reason I keep getting onto teams that are composed of 2-4 healers, 1-2 tanks, and maybe 2 or 3 dps. The other team's composition is always very similar. Even if you manage to coordinate all the dps to attack one healer at a time or focus down multiple healers, it's still ridiculous trying to kill anything. Used to be that you could respec when your team was full of healers and tanks (I used to do it all the time, so it was worthwhile to me, at least). The whole logic behind preventing these respecs was so that they could make "balanced" arena matchups or have the ability to mark them with a green arrow:sy_darkside: if you needed to kill them first. The whole balancing thing never really happened and the little arrows were unnecessary. If one isn't smart enough to figure out who's healing, that's his handicap. I remember many arenas (AKA Every one) that were battles of 4 tanks v 4 dps or 2tanks 2dps v 1heal 1 tank 2 dps. My opinion, in short, is that we should bring back warzone in progress respeccing and never create another arena warzone ever again! Also don't let anyone que who isn't a Powertech, Sorc, or Assassin!
  17. Whenever I see credit spammers, I almost always put them on ignore, and them report them for spam. I don't know if any actions are taken on these but I assume they get that account banned. I was curious if it'd be better to just force them into an ignored state for everyone. So they'll still see themselves spamming but nobody will see them or talk to them. This may prevent them from just making a new character because they'll never know nobody hears them, unless they try to whisper someone or send mail. Anyways just a little idea. Because these people are irritating.
  18. I think NPC trash enemies should not have so much cc. I've played since Beta and this has always annoyed the crap out of me. But I just was doing the Yavin Weekly for the nth time and Revan just irritates the Bejezers out of me. Unless you just stand there and autoattack, you're going to have aggro. And then Revan Chokes you, and then throws lightsabers at you, and then chokes you, and then throws lightsabers at you. etc. You can interrupt maybe every other choke. Or you can eat one and cc break it and then interrupt the next one. Regardless of what you do, however, you spend about 50% of the fight laying on your back watching computer people fight. It doesn't make it anymore of a challenge. It's just obnoxious. It has always been obnoxious. I've been leveling a lowbie sentinel and Alderaan has some of the most aggravating trash. On Tatooine I was riding a speeder past a mob. The mob slowed me, Then rooted me, then leaped to me knocking me off my speeder. After which, I was so dumbfounded that I decided I'd just stay there on the ground for 8 seconds. P.S. The Revan weekly should be complete-able when you do it in a group. Instead of having to do it two or three times. It's enough irritation doing it once.
  19. The reputation armor's (the Hunter's Exalted Body armor) jetpack also seems broken http://i.imgur.com/WIwPpgw.jpg It's been doing this. I'm not sure when it started but it's...odd. I think it might've started once I dyed it but maybe I just didn't notice before then.
  20. Subpar is an IMPERIAL guild that started off as just a few friends who have been playing and raiding since game launch on the pub side. Some of us stopped playing for a little while and need some gear. A couple of us haven't and are fully geared. We are looking to build this into a full fledged guild for easy-going raid type people. What that means, essentially, is that we definitely want to get into raiding and progression. However, we don't want to kill ourselves banging our heads against the wall in nightmare ops. We may eventually progress into those, but for now, we just want to have fun doing some easy going story and hardmode ops to get some gear and prepare for 3.0. We also enjoy leveling together, doing PVP, and just hanging out. We haven't bought a flagship because it wasn't really prudent with only 4 active members in the guild. However that is something we are preparing to do in the near future if enough people are interested. If any of this sounds like your particular cup of tea, feel free to visit our little site at http://subpar.enjin.com/ Look forward to seeing you around!
