I tried both in tfb and s&v and with max crit and surge tactics is far better then assault. I just seem to crit a lot more in my rotation and it seems assault relys too much on a proc, crit ,hib . Tactics has more abilities that crit more especially a free crit hib. and no ammo stockstrike. My flame pulse crits for about 6k im not sure if ap can do that.... tactics

I run a full tactics vanguard on raids with my guild and so far I'm doing some pretty good dmg. I have never ran assault post 2.0 so I don't know how bad the nerf was for our dmg in pve for assault. Is there any dps vanguards that have tried both tactics and assault and raid ops on a regular basis that could just tell me straight up which one is better for dps ops vanguard? thx

Seeing under the ability info it says "ignores the global cooldown". Im guessing im supposed to use energy blast after hammer shot or ion blast since it gives back 1 ammo? The dmg is kinda lack luster but i guess thats the price i pay for added survivability. I just dont know when to use this skill since the dmg is kinda meh, can anyone clue me in on how this ability is supposed to help me tank/deal dmg? Thx.

Support forum also says "maintenance" If i try to login to the forums i get a "maintenance" page as well. I would really like to read the sage forums but i keep getting "maintenance, come back soon!" page. I tried on my kindle and the pages load fine is there for real maintenance today?

I noticed on my operative that all darkside missions for diplomacy are companion gifts, and all lightside missions are medical supplies, is this right? How would someone that is pure darkside get medical supplies if you dont want to mess up your dark side alignment?

I need some help on what attacks to use so far its just double slash spam because everything costs so much force i do throw in a rock chunk every now and then if i have enough force but i dont know what to do in wz since i get beat so quick even in combat stance. I have all orange custom gear with equal level mods and armoring. I just feel like a complete gimp in wz's pls help i dont know what to do

I really cant find my edge in pvp as a healer merc. I really dont know what to do, im only level 20 and im having a hard time figuring out how to maximise my healing as well as trying to do some dmg to win a fight. It seems when i heal im spamming our big heal alot and 25 heat gets me full on heat fast. The smaller heal on a timer to me is only useful while supercharged gas cyclinder is used. And im not really using kolto missle as much since it heals so little at my level. Im not really sure what attacks to be using as well. So far i have been using unload, and that sticky missle, and alot of rapid shots that really dont do so much dmg. I try to use power shot when i can but its 2 sec cast time and being pushed back when using it is kinda frustrating. Can someone give me some pointers on what skills i should be cycling and what im doing wrong? In a nutshell im getting to much heat while healing, dont really know what and when to use supercharged gas cylinder, and what attacks to use while fighting. thx

Does the gtn now post 1.3 cover both factions? Like can i sell stuff from my jedi and imps will see it on thier side of the gtn like nar shadaa gtn?
