Then the option to tick or untick PVP type content should be made available so that dailies/weeklies can be aimed at both types of players

Who else hates that the new feature of seasons basically forces you play play PVP GSF and Warzone content when you are a PVE only player!? I despise the fact, as a subscriber, that I am being forced to play PVP type content, when I have no desire to play it at all, just so I can reach the Daily/Weekly Seasonal stuff and content within it. I know for a fact I am already after day 1 of the new seasons, not the only person to dislike that I am now having to spend my time playing parts of the game I have had and will never have any desire to do.... And before anyone comes back with, you can skip sections etc, I am also not paying the 200CC per category to skip through it, as that is a complete and utter rip off This whole seasons thing just feels like a standard EA seasons pass of give us more money via micro transactions or we force you to play through content nobody was playing and we spent time making *cough* Onderon dailies *cough*

Point being they go over, alot.... and as such they should provide maintenance and change windows with sufficient time to cover any delays rather than having to tell people at the last minute that it has gone over. It happens too often. Oh well, like BW really give a crap...

Well I am afraid that is where you are wrong, for example the current maintenance states it is down until 1700 GMT and it is now 1830 GMT, so even if they had not accounted for daylight savings (which I do not believe is correct considering they specifically state GMT) they would still be over on the maintenance window... So my original point stands, and again this is not the first time. But then to be fair I don't even see BW staff responding to threads on their own forum, so that kinda sums them up for me.

Here is a suggestion, do you think you could give yourself a more correct window for maintenance times, as so far it seems every time you take servers down for maintenance, providing a time for when it goes down and will be available again, you ALWAYS over run your change/maintenance windows.... Some of us do not get alot of time to play so when it says the servers are down until 5pm GMT and you come on with a small window to play from when you advised the servers would be available, and it is way past this time and the servers are still offline....well its highly frustrating. The game has been around long enough now, surely you know roughly how long maintenance or changes go and as someone who has worked in IT I know change windows are usually over estimated, yet almost always the services are still not back online for the advised times. You really need better planning, so not to mess your customers around, particularly those who subscribe!! Perhaps you require further change/maintenance management in place to ensure better communications and reduce customer impact and reputational damage, you could hire me hahaha no seriously please get better at this, it is not the first time I have come on with little time to play, expecting servers to be online and they are not!
