Apparently I still have 4 days left until my sub ends. At the end of 4 days I will come back to take a look and whats been done to change these issues. Hopefully they will have changed thigns for the better and then I would be happy to support them again, but not today.

Yesterday I queued on my commando and got huttball. Within the first minute I had the ball and took turns passsing it with 2 other people all the way to the goal line and scored a goal. Firsttime in a long time anyone else had actually gone for the objectives, or even greater, they knew how to pass the ball and communicate. I got about halfway turned around when my comp froze and crashed to desktop... I just got up and walked away >.>

I might just do that after I get this Jedi Knight up. I've played empire my past few characters into mid 20s (trying to understand each class a little better) and I want to take a break from the same linear planets and questing areas. Republic is still new to me. But beggars cant be choosers and I can respect BW enough not to complain too much about their choices. Lightsabers look amazing in this game to me anyways and that should be enough. Random question though and this was bugging me. I know lightsabers cant be used underwater because theyre electrical, but what if you turn on the saber out of water and dip a portion of the blade in water? Does the blade stop where it touches the water and just boil it? Or would the blade continue in as far as it goes because its so hot?

Hmm I see what you mean. Oh well Mace has been one of my favorite masters for a long time, just sad I would have to go Empire to use the same saber crystal color.

Possibly but probably not the "Dark Lord" that Palp was. But who knows, maybe Mace would have known the severity of what he had done and the only way to show Anakin the light would be to turn himself (Mace) in.

wookiepedia says that its possible Revan used a cyan crystal as well http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Mantle_of_the_Force This could bring into question the choice to have purple sabers for Empire and cyan for Republic. Granted Revan was both (or something of the like, Im not very good at the lore)

Aside from how you feel about PvP in this game, it being good or bad, I would like to know which classes you guys feel counter others fairly well. Example: In my experience sents/mauraders are pretty good against Commandos/Mercs As well as scoundrels/ops are better against sages/sorcs than most other classes. Keep in mind that these ideas are purely in the opinion of the poster and are impossible to prove without hard numbers or mathematically correct data.

Sorcs/Sages are OP! Operatives/Scoundrels are OP! Warriors/Knights are OP! Powertechs/Vanguards are OP! Mercs/Commandos are OP! Assassins/Shadows are OP! ---- So far the only classes I have not seen people yell at for being OP are sents/marauders and snipers/gunslingers. Even then people say they are both very viable in PvP. soo.... isnt that called balance? There must be something I am missing --EDIT! Someone brought up "cover is OP" threads. So thats gunslingers/snipers for you.

So i was watching a water polo game today and it got me thinking... Why doesnt anyobdy play goalie in huttball?? I would think that assassins are perfect for this. They just wait in stealth so nobody messes with them and when the ball carrier runs up they just push them off the ledge. Granted that means they would be stealth pretty much the whole game and not helping very much so I suppose that is a down side. But pretty much any class could play goalie if they had enough pushbacks. What do you guys think? Is it not worth it to play goalie because you arnt helping enough or what.

So I just got out of a huttball game (which my team won) and at the end my name was on the bottom of the list. Here's the kicker, I scored the ball 4 times, not to mention I passed the ball to score the other 2 times. Maybe I'm missing something about PvP in this game but why am I punished for actually going for the objectives instead of just fighting in the middle like a scrub? I must be missing something about PvP, can someone please explain what I need to be doing?
