  1. Yup, it is close, and there are examples in Bounty Hunter like this too, but it breaks the immersion to have to go to a trainer to learn the skill. I recommend giving it as the quest reward itself. As for existing 50s - not much can be done, they're already past the content. That said, if they revamped the system it could form the basis that is used in content for Chapter 4, etc.
  2. I'd like to recommend that in the future, you consider make acquiring main class-defining abilities as part of the story quests. When doing the class quests (and I've done Inquisitor, Knight, Agent, Bounty Hunter, Smuggler, and Sage up to various level 30-50) I was always disappointed that the reward for finishing an important story arc was at best an item that I had already out-levelled and at worst just a few credits. Instead think how cool it would be if key class abilities were the reward for completing the story. It seemed very natural to make the Bounty Hunter Rocket Punch be a reward for defeating the mark who used that skill on you, demonstrating its effectiveness and making it worth adding to your repertoire. How about making it so that entities who inhabit the Inquisitor actually conveyed a force power when absorbed? Or perhaps the Agent can call in an Orbital Strike only after finishing the story that causes his rank to advance. I think this would add tremendously to the story and make completing them even more epic. In order to avoid power-leveling from unbalancing low level characters you could limit the level when a character could get the class quests similar to other quests if that is not already done (I don't know as I have never powerlevelled.)
