I have a great deal of respect for Bioware, I've played many of their games and I've rarely been let down.
I also enjoy The Old Republic and the time that I've spent playing it since December. There are bugs yes, and occasionally something randomly occurs that causes me to let loose a string of profanity that would have made George Carlin blush.
Overall though I really enjoy this game and I know that the seasoned team at Bioware that is now in control of all development will reign it in and really bang out some amazing content.
The problem is communication to the players. Subjects are avoided in near political fashion or completely unanswered in some cases. Tell us what your working on so we can be excited about whats coming. Let us know what your trying to fix, and if you don't have it fixed yet, just tell us why. A great deal of players would be much more supportive and less upset if they simply didn't feel left in the dark.
I know there are great things coming, and I'm eagerly anticipating them.. I'm patient enough to wait until they do, but not every player is unfortunately. Give your players more credit than your Public relations department has up to this point. You'll find this game's community will be much more patient if we felt more included as to what is going on with the game now, and in the future.
Thanks for your time
