It seems a recent update that gave additional graphics options was the problem. I'm only guessing here as once I got into the game it gave me an option to set newer graphic settings and now my game is back to ultra and working fine.

Mate try this, it worked for me: Right click your desktop icon, click properties, then click go to file location. You'll see a file called Bitraider. delete it. Then run the launcher again, it'll patch and you'll get to character select screen. Then change settings one by one, ie: Change resolution first. Save settings. Then change graphics from custom to medium then high etc... saving it when it still works. As soon as you start getting problems revert to last settings. I am currently full screen on High settings. I used to be on Ultra but that freezes my game, no idea why but at least I can now play. Hope this helps.

Tried this as well. Still sits at loading screen at 100fps.

Tried all this and still stuck on loading screen. Thanks for trying to help though. And its the only game this happens in btw, fallout 4, BF4, Battlefront all ok and loading fine.

I don't have a sliver like you but rather when I click play I get to the load up screen (emperor and his 2 kiddies standing there watching/judging me) and the rotating do-hicky in the corner rotates and rotates and rotates. It just never goes to character select or server select screen. After 15-20 minutes I just give up and exit the game. This has been happening for a week and right now I'm getting annoyed, why have I subbed if I can't play?

This is great, but lowering the cost of the Nar Shadaa balcony would be better. 1 Million for it is far too much,.

I had a problem while I was questing on Yavin where I would use my AOE on a group mobs, a Flagged Imp would then run into my line of fire and flag me, and that was my questing over until I managed to escape to my stronghold. So yes, I didn't want to take part, I never flagged myself and still had them ganking me every time I rezzed by a med droid or in the field.

If you're happy to wait until Tuesday to play end game stuff like Heroics or Operations then I would suggest running planetary heroics from all levels. They give planetary comms which will convert to Basic comms on Tuesday at a rate of 1 to 3 (so 1 planetary becomes 3 Basic comms). Also worth going to Oricon and asking for a group when doing the story quests as they're identical to the dailies so you're likely to get someone responding to your enquiries. Good luck.

I don't see why they couldn't add a Legacy friends list. So that when when you're on an alt your friends can find/add you by your legacy name. It's in pretty much every other MMO: WoW, Rift, Neverwinter, DCUO, you name it, it's there.

You don't even have to think about it, just glance at your minimap and it's clearly displayed if you haven't bound to it yet.

Agree with this, tired of getting old FP and bonus series quests every time I click on an NPC.

I'm not even asking for this to be permanent, what I'm asking is the changes in gameplay coming with 3.0 might make some players, such as myself, consider the other AC of their class being more interesting/fun now and so would prefer that AC instead. Why can't we have a single use AC change that won't affect anyone other than the player changing? They'll have to work on getting the correct gear, pay for the new abilities and learn how to play.

I'm curios to know if Bioware would be willing to give everyone a chance to change their advanced class with the Revan system due to the conversion to a discipline system instead of a talent system? Now I know that with the 12x XP you could level a toon up very quickly but I (and I know a number of others) that have a specific main they enjoy playing with the most, it has the armour, the crafts, etc but now with the discipline system I don't know if I want to remain the same AC as I am now. Bioware, is this something you would consider?

Got 4 of these Metropolitan Bench today and even though I used them they are still not showing up my Decorations. I tried re-opening edit mode, relogging and still nothing.

I don't know why people assume that swtor will go F2P just because they have opened it up so that people can TRIAL until level 15. WoW has a Free trial up until level 20 and I don't see that going F2P. Yes Sub numbers went down but in any new MMO it's expected that after the first few month subs will drop, this s usually people that bough the game, tried it for their free month and then quit because it's not to their liking. It happens, it's not the end of the world. SWTOR still has 1.3 million subs and before the game was released EA said their target was 1 million players but that even with 500k subs they would still be in profit. I doubt it will become F2P and really think that it's just a few Troll journalists who make assumptions from 1 interview. When it was said Bioware were looking at the F2P of others games I read that article to mean that they're looking at the competition and seeing how to react to F2P games to keep swtor interesting and worth paying for. Bioware, keep it as it is, you'll have my sub for as long as you want.

Not to be nasty to you, but this is what guilds are for. It's difficult finding groups which is why the group finder for PvE is in, the idea behind ranked warzones is for a team to go in together since when Season 1 starts you won't want to go with some randoms but rather a team you can communicate with and know will respond.

I for 1 am pleased about this quiz, wasn't sure what would happen when I filled in my details but it has been quite a success. We have received a good number of recruits who found us using it. So thanks IGQ. p.s. we're not transferring to any different server, everyone is coming to our server.
