I first will apologize if this idea was already posted. I did a forum search and checked the first 10 pages on this forum and didn't find evidence it was. Why not have your social level shared across your Legacy characters? Currently when you make an alt character you start at social 0, but what if this character is meant to be your "Get away from it all" toon? As a Guild Leader, it's kind of nice to have my secret alt, so I rarely group with people. I'm not sure if any of the social items are gamebreaking for lower level toons and if there is a need to gate the social gear, just add a level requirement if one doesn't exist. That is the jist of my suggestion.
