  1. I mean, I can buy that since the Gemini have free will that they're not used to, maybe they just went "OH CRAP I DON'T WANNA DIE" and ran. That's an easier thing to handwave than why they didn't just bomb the planet. But that aside....why do the Voss need so much help here? Wasn't the whole reason the Empire and Republic had to play nice was the Voss just soundly kicked both of their *****es without breaking a sweat? Why did they suddenly turn into wimps now?
  2. Note: I have not played Chapters 2-9 so please no spoilers about those here. So I just finished Chapter 1 for the first time and I have to say a few things kinda bugged me, namely: That aside, I did really like it, especially the first bit. It felt like some really nice, cinematic fighting which was what I needed right after seeing Rogue One (which was awesome and got me so hyped I can't sleep). Also, I was rather unhappy with I overall liked the chapter, though, and I look forward to the rest of the story. This expansion seems like just the thing for the winter break.
  3. I'm frankly rather upset that this content is arbitrarily unavailable because I wasn't a subscriber for that entire timeframe. I was a subscriber from March-July this year and recently restarted my subscription to play again. I was also a subscriber before that for many years--I was a founder and in the intervening 5 years have been paying Bioware more months than not. So why on earth is it that, even though I am yet again paying for this game, I am not allowed to play this mission? This feels like a betrayal after having played this game for so long. I took a break for personal reasons and just for that this whole story mission is completely unavailable? Why? An event is understandable, but this is part of a single-player storyline. It'd be frustrating enough if I had to pay extra like on the Cartel Market to access it after that time, but to make it not available at all? This just seems ridiculous and almost antagonistic. Why am I locked out of this bit of the story because I had a hard semester in college and needed to stop playing for a while? In what other game would that be the case? This makes no sense.
  4. Definitely agree, it's kind of ridiculous that this isn't available now. I was even a subscriber for part of that time and don't have access. Why the hell can't I play this content after the amount of years I've played this game just because I stopped playing for a few months? I was a "founder" ffs. This honestly feels like a slap in the face just for having taken a break for a while. What gives, Bioware?
  5. I agree. I personally was frustrated with not getting to romance her the first time around, but even that aside you're totally right. It was so weak after how close you two get.
  6. So I just finished the new chapter, and yeah I was psyched to FINALLY get a Sith Warrior companion back (SW is my main and the only one I've been playing in the new content so far) but I have to say I was that the reunion bit was so short. And more than that, WHY WAS THERE NO FLIRT OPTIONS!!?!? I know that we got screwed on same-sex relationships in the original game, but I even got to flirt with frgging Satele Shan in the last chapter! My long lost twi'lek slavegirl/best-friend/sister and I are reunited and it's just "I had some bad dreams" "Cheer up! Let's go steal stuff!!" and we're done?! I don't know how the other classes get their reactions for the companions they know, and frankly I don't want to know about that as I do intend to play the other classes to see the differences, but this just felt really weak. I love Vette and I loved the bits we had, BUT I WANTED MORE~~~
  7. Long story short, I finally got Lokin to influence 10 only to find out that the rakghoul thing is done. Is that ever coming back? If not, why is this quest still here? Spent quite a bit of time and credits getting those stupid materials...
  8. So I just finally got around to finishing the Jedi Knight Story. I'd played the 2 Sith, the Consular and agent but never finished this. And having played into the new content on my Sith Warrior, I was pumped to see what had come before, how cool the Emperor was. Holy crap was this a let down. He killed me once with his one-shot thing, but then the next try I beat him in less than 30 seconds. And he's only a one-phase fight, seriously? I mean, this game tends to be on the really really easy side, but come on...not to mention his character model looks so boring and generic. He looks like every other Sith mook from Korriban and Dromund Kaas. I read some people saying it's actually hard? Did they change something in recent years? Because this was the easiest boss since Fable 2. And at least that one made sense for it to be easy. So much for the "all powerful" Emperor...
  9. I just came back to the game for the expansions, and with my visual impairment, I can't figure out how I EVER played this game. I was here at day one, but this is ridiculous. The lack of accessibility settings is appalling, and that this hasn't been fixed for 4 frigging years is really upsetting. Get it together, BioWare. Make it so we can read what you've written.
  10. By looking at some other threads, I realize there are apparently many different Imperial Agent endings. I'm not 100% sure because I didn't read said spoilers, but I played almost entirely lightside, so my questions will stem from that ending. To be clear, I mean: So do any of you other light side Agents know if this is taken into account post Chapter 3? Because I'd like to continue playing this hcaracter into endgame, as I've fallen in love with the mechanics, but the story is very important to me as well, and I can see this being very distracting/ruin the closure I've gotten from this ending. Thank you for reading my rant and for any insight/comments!
  11. 2014, still no good gifts for my jedi girlfriend....
  12. Late response, but I, too, just realized this and am quite frustrated. Specifically, my Jedi Sentinel (fem twi'lek, body size 4) looks idiotic in all of the medium armor robes, because they all seem to have some giant thing stuck to her chest that is literally blocking her line of vision. I'd much rather have something less clunky like the Sith Mauraders get to wear. I don't understand why me wearing medium armor makes me bulkier than the heavies...
  13. So I've recently restarted playing my Imperial Agent after a long break from playing the game (more than a year) and I'm running into the problem of I literally don't remember what's happening, and it's rather difficult to search without ruining the rest of the story, so maybe some of you can help me out. ^spoilers up till start of chp 2
