Exactly what i said to the GM who was "helping me" but he insisted i post here..

I was informed by a GM to post here, if it is the wrong area i apologise I recently created a twi'lek jedi consular, and have since leveled it to 19(going on 20), Around level 13 i recieved a hooded robe and placed it on only to find the hood would not show up, so i created a ticket and was told i would be contacted soon. When the GM spoke to me he gave very little help and wasn't even sure what it was i was asking of him, Towards the end of the discussion he prompted he would upgrade my ticket to a moderator who would read this post and provide assistance. Im not trying to be awkward, i just want to enjoy roleplaying a jedi consular and a hood just looks really nice and suiting for my character, I asked for anumber of easy solutions, such as, fixing the model so it appears, A race change for my twi'lek, Or even making a new character and having it leveled to the same point i am now. But i don't want to have to make a new character just because the game didn't point out something like this. Thanks Folivia, Jedi consular
