Can we still make money with crewskills, crafting things mainly? Hey there I'm back in the game after a very long break and I wanted to start a fresh toon. I like the jedi knight story (and the fact that it's a jedi knight, sounds cool and lore wise interesting) but I also like the sorcerer combat skills, so I decided to make a Jedi knight using sorcerer skills. It's unlocked, everything is fine but I was wondering... how could I justify it? Is it even possible to fight with lightning as a jedi? I mean in term of lore, or rp, do we have something close to it? Or is it totally silly to make such a toon? Thanks for your comments and suggestions :)

Hey there I have that odd message on character screen: "the current game version does not match with the server blablabla" When I press "ok" I'm back to desktop. Worked fine an hour ago. Odd. Others?

update: the problem is concerning only Darth Malgus. My ping is consctantly fluctuating between 80 and 1500 with spikes (once a minute) at 22 000 On other servers like The Leviathan for instance, my ping is stable at 60.

Hey there I have a problem with the game since yesterday afternoon, all was fine before: my ping goes from 50 to 15 000+ ms all the time. It's nearly unplayable. I have restarted my router and my internet is fine for everything else, even games (WoT, WoW) the problem occurs only in SWTOR. Any possible solution?

Hey there Is it possible to move the info window which displays what is under the mouse without clicking. For example if you move your mouse over a skill, you'll be able to read the tooltip, or if you pass you mouse over a chair, it say "chair". In my interface is on the extreme right border of the screen, under missions, and it's annoying. Though I cant see it in the interface editor. Thanks for help!

Hey there I plan to run two characters only (just to refrain me from doing what I do sadly in all games: being average everywhere and not focusing enough) I was wondering, what are the best possible crew skills for those 2 toons? And I finally managed to create it yesterday I dont want to open a new thread for asking that, but concerning the "grace period" following the creation of a new guild, when will it end? I created it yesterday on Friday, will my guild xp from conquest start to work on Tuesday already after the reset (and the new patch ^^) ?

Hey there It seems difficult to get the 4 players to sign the chart for creating a new guild (havent tested but I expect it) I'd want to know if it is allowed to use 4 other accounts for signing it? Or is it bannable if seen as some kind of exploit? Thanks for replies

Hey there Well, I like the Renown system. I know some of you dont. Renown is removed in 7.0, fine. But will it be replaced by a new system? A kind of "progression" with levels,with or sithout specific rewards (crates), which for some us gives a feeling of progression, making end game as a casual player more fun than many other mmo of the market. Thanks for your fast reply. I just tried the gift thing and it didnt work. The icon is still blue and says "you just finished that mission, try again later" I guess there's a delay before being able to talk to her and try again being "friendly"

Hey there I guess I've been too harsh with Vette: shcking her, not removing the slave collar... Now she does not want to talk to me anymore: there's a blue quest/conversation icon above her, but I cant activate the dialogue. It says that I've already done the thing and that I'll have to wait... Do you know how long I have to wait? Is it possible to shorten the waiting with gifts or something? Thanks for your help

Hey there the tooltip says that if I unlock in legacy all the dialogues and stories for a specific character, all others benefit from a +10 influence. Does all that influence stack? Do I gain maximum benefit from it if I have all companions "unlocked" in the legacy? Thanks for help

Heia there I have an old Bounty Hunter I want to delete (to make a new one, dont want to keep two in my character screen) but it's the one who helped me unlocking the BH story for the legendary player thingy. What will happen if I delete it? Will I lose my legendary status or is it bound to my account only and independent from my character list? Thanks for replies

Hey there I was just thinking about the changes we'll see in 7.0 What about the skills, the overall gameplay? Will it change totally? I'm not talking here about the changes within the combat styles, but for a specific "combat style", will we face big changes? Hey there I recently came back to the game. I wanted to start a new character, from scratch: I went for a sentinel (never played it before) and as I carry two weapons I decided to go for something "original": so I bought the tribal champion set, I gave him blond hear à la Ragnar, a big beard, and of course two Beskads (I would have prefered gamorrean axes but well, I was not able to find them- maybe later^^) So here I am, a viking-jedi in SWTOR. The character looks good, but now I start to wonder if my choices would be justifiable RP-wise? If I want to be as much as possible in the lore (and keep some credibility): - where could such a "viking like" character (human btw) come from? Are planets or zones of planets with such "Nordic looking" humans? - can I justify the usage of the Beskads (or even gamorrean axes) for a padawan and later for a jedi? But for characters starting at level 65 (using the boost), chapter 1 and 2 are finished, does that mean that I have to finish chapter 3 in order to continue the class storyline? For a fresh level 1 toon, according to what you've said, it's clear, but for a "boosted" character, no idea where I should continue/start.

Hi there SW(TOR) fans! Apolaptical predictors stay away from this thread, please. How do you see the future of SWTOR, in terms of expansions, evolution, overall investment in the game from the developpers. When the game started, they said that they had a 10 years plan for the game in term of expansions/new content. That means that we should have new content until 2021. Of course things change. SWTOR has changed, the MMO market has changed. How do you see its future? For my part, considering it's the only SW MMO of the Market, I'm pretty optimistic until we got something better/newer, ofc. ok thanks, I think I was mixing command crates and command packs. Just to be sure, the crates are the one you get each time you level, and the packs and special rewards from quests in pve or pvp, am I right?
