Attention BW, lets talk about ranked, and the massive amount of cheating that is still taking place. The amount of people that
throw matches in solo ranked to help thier friend get rating is too high. The amount of wintraders in granked is too high. You have
people from Lukewarm Tauntauns, Swap it Like its Hot, Skum Show, Crimson Order, Thots and Prayers and so on that spend countless time cheating.
So my suggestion is:
1. Stop restoring characters and rating. Win traders delete characters and then have them restored at the end of the season. Please, just stop.
Restore the characters without the rating.
2. Throwers/leavers. Add a lockout for these players. You have one for operations, do it for ranked. Maybe even a debuff for leavers that increases
the damage they take for 15 minutes.
3. Raise the Valor requirement to 50. Bots are frequently used in a win trading method for granked, and many of the throwers use
'throw away' toons to tank rating for someone else. If the valor is higher there will be less new accounts in team ranked and mostly
established accounts only.
