  1. As the title says, I'm looking for a guild. I have a lvl 50 Jedi Sage Healer and a 26 Jedi Guardian. Would like to join a guild that's laid back and flexible with scheduling. Just getting tired of no voice chat in PUGs and would like to be able to complete flashpoints, raids, and such.

Thanks for confirming that it can be found. The probablitiy does increase though. Each time you do it the probability is 20%, but if you look at a group of attempts your probability goes up. For instance, whats the probability of getting at least one head when you flip a coin two times? Even though you have a 50% chance each time you flip, your sample set for two flips is (TT, TH, HT, HH). So to get at least one head you have a 3/4 or 75% chance. Notice that means there is a 25% chance you won't get a heads which can be gotten from doing 1/2*1/2 (the probability of each individual event). My thoughts on the 20% in this game are that it's easier to look at what the chances are of not getting a schematic, much like in the scenerio above what are the chances of not getting a heads, which would be an 80% chance. Thus for ten tries would be a .8^10 percent chance of not getting a schematic which is about 10%. After 15 tries that drops to about a 3.5% chance you would not get a schemetic meaning there is a 96.5% chance you would have the schematic. That's really all just a lot of information to prove that I am just that unlucky.

Is there a bug trying to reverse engineer the savant sash? It should be a 20% chance. I've tried at least 15 times and no new schematic. I haven't done the math yet, but I must be extremely unlucky or there is a bug.
  4. Not sure I recognize the abbreviation LoS offhand.
  5. Mind if I ask what mods you use or at least your opinion? I can't remember names (Resolve and Force weilder maybe?) I just know they both boost willpower and endurance, but one is very heavy on willpower and less on endurance and the other is more balanced between the two. Which do you recomend for PVP?.
  6. Dang it. My hopes of having resusable medpacs for my alts spoiled again.
  7. I've never noticed that before. Legacy stuff is useful to me now! Assuming this is true and you're not pulling my leg.
  8. I hardyly consider my lvl 47 Jedi Sage with Biochem to be overpowered. Especially when I can't use my adrenals in pvp.
  9. I realize it might not be possible to make it so any charachter can use reusable biochem stuff, but could we at least have some legacy option so that other characters in our legacy could use items one of our characters crafts?
  10. After spending a good bit of time reverse engineering to get some reusable stims for one of my lower level characters I discoved he can't use them because he doesn't have biochem! I really feel like this limits the usefulness of biochem. It essentially means the skill is only convenient for one character. I realize I can make the consumables and them mail them to alts but that is a pain. As far as the GTN goes, I've had no luck selling stims. Maybe the price is just to high, but I figure people would probably find it just as easy to pay whatever the med droid wants than look it up on the GTN. I agree with the OP I'd love to see it where other non biochem characters could use the reusables. Maybe they could make it a legacy thing so at least your own alts could benefit from it.
  11. So I've been trying to solo some herioc 2 missions, sometimes it goes well and sometimes not and it largely depends on aggro. Most missions so far have three person mobs, an elite and two helpers. I force lift the elite and then work on the helpers, but very often I can't seem to get Qyzzen to keep the aggro. One of them usually comes over and bothers me making it difficult to both kill him and keep the two of us alive. Any suggestions? I'm lvl 21 btw, planning on seer spec but I've put some points in TK and Balance to boost generic stuff.
  12. I'm currently a lvl 16 sage and haven't really had a problem soloing, but I'd like to keep it that way. I've tried searching the forums but haven't really gotten an answer as to what the best spec is for solo leveling. Basically what I've seen is that a seer sage can do it, but mainly by turning your companion into a tank which I'd rather not do the majority of the time. Is it possible to solo your way up using the balance or TK tree? And also what do you see as the limits of each spec solo wise? As in if I go balance could I still solo heroic 2+ or what? Also, I realize this is an MMO and thus grouping is part of the game, but sometimes my hours are odd or I can't commit to a group so I need to be able to get stuff done solo.
