go with a 4-6-31 build.

BW you had several MMO's to use as a reference to find out what worked and what did not. WoW obviously set the bar on many levels. But you had so many references and this is the end result? This is the best you could come up with when you had WoW, EQ, GW, DAOC, and Eve-Online to use as examples of great MMO's. That is why so many people are upset. You had all this hype for this game. You even had references to find out what worked and what didn't. 300m budget and what we get as an end result is this? That is why there are so many rage posts BW. What we have here is a great game lvl 1-49 and then a serious lack of end-game content. Thoughts?

This game had a lot of hype. I think the thing that irks most of us is that they had several MMO's to model themselves after to find out what worked and what didn't and why. WoW set the bar on some levels obviously. But come on there really is no excuse for the product that BW put out with regards to PvP. They had so many games to model after and you get this as an end result. Is this really the best you could come up with? I think this is why so many people are upset. it's because BW had several games to use as resources and yet it is the same old deal with these theme park MMO's. Thoughts?

not to sound mean but you're only lvl 42. AP is lacking when it comes to PvP that is why hardly anyone uses it.

So basically I showed my girlfriend my SW character and then did the /getdown. She started laughing at the dancing and then asked me if I could try to dance like that( which I did). 10 seconds later she was on the floor laughing hysterically at me. This lowered my self-esteem big time and I will never put my head and my heart on the dance floor ever again because of this. Should I be reimbursed by BW for this horrible psychological experience triggered by this game? Discuss!

How do I know those 8 BH were not Powertechs?

Hate to break this to ya genius. but Powertech are Melee class. What is your point here?

Sniper and Merc right? Merc has a champ vest... The sniper looks more like a BH than the merc does as well...

I don't use guard and these stats just relate to PvP.

Tested the build last night. With slight modifications but maintained the 4-6-31 philosophy. This is the build to shoot for if you're a Pyro tech.

First off, I went from 0-50 with the 2-8-31 build. I then tried the 3-7-31 build, and then went back to the 2-8-31 build. Last night with the eliminator gear(mostly champion) I went and tried out the 4-6-31 build and noticed a world of difference. I have not ran the numbers but I was easily getting into the 300k range in terms of damage. This is without biochem of course. I never once hit 300k with any other build. 260k was the closest with the 3-7-31 build. The 3-7-31 had me right around the 195k range on average after every game and the 2-8-31 had me right around 195k on average. But the 4-6-31 build, this had be easily getting will into the 200k range every game. The champion gear did not change when I ran these tests either. Many of you might be thinking I'm a noob or don't know how to play but my rotations are legit and I'm not using biochem. If I used Biochem I am pretty sure I would get into the 450's(on average) with this build which is crazy. I'm sold on the 4-6-31 build guys. In terms of overall DPS and burst damage. This is hands down the spec to be if you are a Pyro no questions asked. My build is slightly different with regards that I choose to vent 8 heat when stunned as opposed to the melee detection and I also chose the skills that enhanced the energy shields as opposed to the vent heat cool down since I have to ran into many heat issues. If you're going for/or have eliminator gear and haven't tried this build then I suggest doing so guys. Hope this helps! My build - Toro

Exactly what is this eve and spreadsheet talk. I don't get it? I never once saw a spread sheet in that game...

Space combat. Hardmodes. Operations. Ilum dailies. Crafting. 7 other characters each with their own unique storyline. Sitting in fleet all day chatting with friends. All of that is repetitive grinds. Nothing new whatsoever. This is fun for you?

Correct. I feel that BW realizes that there is other competition out there and they need to make changes quickly in order to keep players subbing. i think it's a big deal that they are fixing ilum, nerfing the op, bracket wz, and other changes so quickly. That's why I stated that I am going to give this game 6 months. That is a long enough time to get a good idea as to where this game will be heading.
