    Ow ye, another game tried this trick, it was called swg, worked out well for them didnt it.

    mm the options we had a decade ago are nothing compared to what we have now, even multiple platforms are viable so the genres we had back then have genres within genres. I dont think we have the same brand loyalty we used to either.

    I do wonder what hit this game is gonna take when star citizen comes out. It defo took a hit from GW2, not been really keeping up with whats about tobe released.

    If it were to flip tommorrow a bulk of people would have cartel spare to unlock, thats if they carried over the unlocks. I mean in realistic terms as just a hypothesis they would remove the restrictions to preffered and just make us pay for updates would they not.

    Well the equiv of 6 months subs in pure coins is 11000 cartel coins. The char slots can be unlocked with ingame currency also dont forget, so can all the others.

    Really, i mean at max lvl and playing one specific aspect of the game. With the new changes to escrow im not to sure. Im not talking about the total f2p guys.

    yes but im looking at the aspect of the game that is reffered to as preffered, as it stands its probably the best model in the game.

    Never touched it, i do know tsw. Unless someone has done lotro and knows the system ? edit, there is gw2 but does that have race change and rename ?
